Good morning. Day 4.

Three days in. How is your digestion compared to Day 1?

Today is hidden inflammation. Not the kind from an injury. The quiet, low-grade kind people carry for years without knowing.

It comes from four places:

Foods your gut lining reacts to. Gluten and dairy are the most common, though not for everyone.

Processed seed oils. Canola, soybean, vegetable, corn.

Added sugar in foods that do not taste sweet. Bread, sauces, dressings, flavored yogurt.

Stress that never fully resolves.

Here is the loop. Stress raises cortisol. Cortisol weakens your gut barrier. A leakier barrier raises inflammation through your whole system. And that inflammation raises cortisol again.

When your gut is inflamed it swells. Your belly holds water. Digestion slows. The bloating is not air. It is your body protecting an irritated lining.

Today's action:

Look at your breakfast and lunch. Find one ingredient from that list and swap it.

One swap. Not your whole kitchen.

If your dressing has canola oil, use olive oil and lemon. If your yogurt has added sugar, switch to plain. Small shift, real difference over 14 days.

If you ordered the stack yesterday, it is on its way. We start it on Day 7.

See you tomorrow.
