Good morning. Day 7.
One full week. Before I give you anything new, I want you to stop and read your own signals.
Compared to Day 1:
Is your digestion moving more easily?
Is your morning bloating less intense?
Are you falling asleep earlier, or waking with more energy?
Has your belly felt less tight after meals?
You do not need a yes to all of them. One shift is a real data point.
Do not be alarmed if the answer is "not much yet." Cortisol takes five to seven days to respond to a change, and the supplement stack takes about 30 days for its full effect. You are early by design.
Your week one habits, the ones that carry forward:
1. Three breaths before every meal
2. 30 grams of protein at your first meal
3. In bed by 10:15, at least four nights a week
4. One inflammation swap a day
5. Dead bug three times a week
These are not temporary challenge rules. These are what keeps the middle from coming back.
Today's action:
Write down, or record a voice memo of, the one thing that shifted this week. Even something small. "My morning bloating was less on Day 5" counts. That is your proof that something is moving.
If you ordered the supplement stack, today is when you start it.
Morning with breakfast: Ashwagandha 300mg.
Afternoon, between 2 and 3 PM: Lemon Balm 500mg.
With dinner: the second Ashwagandha 300mg, plus 2 drops of D3/K2, which needs the fat in your meal to absorb.
Around 9:30 PM: Magnesium 200mg, which is one 2-tablet serving, 30 to 45 minutes before sleep.
That dose is deliberate. The daily upper limit for supplemental magnesium is 350mg, and 200mg sits comfortably under it while still doing the job. If it upsets your stomach at all, take it with a small snack.

If your order has not arrived yet, start the day it does. Nothing is lost.

Week two starts tomorrow. We go into insulin, your liver, and the conversation almost nobody has with women over 40.
